What we collect when you request a consultation, and what we do with it.
This page explains what Ladyburd collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It covers the website only.
What we collect
When you send a consultation request, we receive what you type into that form: your name, an email address or a phone number (whichever you give us — one is enough), the service you are interested in if you choose one, and any note you add.
Our website also records the network address the request came from and the browser it was sent with. That is kept as a defence against automated abuse of the form, not to build a profile of you.
Why we keep it
To reply to you and to arrange your consultation. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a request.
How long
For as long as we are in contact with you about your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your request at any time and we will.
Cookies and measurement
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send that request through the form on this site and we will act on it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page.
